chocolate cream
- 80g dark chocolate chip
- 200+300ml whipping cream
1. heat 200ml whipping cream add in 80g dark chocolate chip and whisk until smooth
2. chill chocolate ganache in fridge for 1-2 hours
3. beat 300 whipping cream until stiff peak
4. combine both mixture together
crepe cake batter
- 2 egg (room temperature)
- 80g caster sugar
- 80g cake flour
- 10g cocoa powder
- 250ml milk
- 15ml melted butter
1. in a bowl, mix egg, sugar, melted butter, cake flour, cocoa powder and oil until well combine
2. sift the batter into a bowl
3. heat non-stick pan on low heat
4. scoop and pour batter on pan, spread a thin layer till there’s air bubble then transfer it out to let it cool
5. repeat the process
