Made the smash Big Mac tacos tonight!!! I used 162 grams of extra lean ground beef, 3 low carb tortillas, 3 slices of American cheese, 15 ml thousand island, onion, lettuce and pickle!!!!
I ended up not finishing the third one but three of these equal to 549 calories! They were great!!
