sweet potato pie

Have y'all ever had sweet potatoe made this way ? Delicious 😋

It has Vanilla Instant Pudding mix in it.

Sweet Potato Pie

2cups mashed sweet potatoes. I baked mine.

1/2 stick margarine melted

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 4 oz box vanilla instant pudding mix. Good luck finding a 4 oz box.

1/2 cup milk I used carnation

1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Not deep dish.

Bake for 15 minutes at 425. Them lower to 350 and bake an additional 45 minutes.
