Always feel nervous when meeting a lot of people?

Being as an influencer I always need to meet lots of people , other kol , agency , media and clients

Therefore I have been always so nervous before meeting them as I grew older and realise I have to make changes

I started to trick my mind and convince my mind to believe that i am confident , I am the main character of todays event , the main character in my life , everyone likes me and play cool

Believe me it really works because u are what u tell ur mind , if u wish to be confident try to stop feeding ur mind with such “ I am scared , I am nervous “ thoughts instead just tell them u are gorgeous today , u are amazing , u are so confident and u will be shine , u are the social butterfly and u can conquer anything u want

That’s how our brain will processing these information that u gave and slowly implanting these thoughts into ur subsconsious and that how u gradually become who u wanna be

A pretty and confident u , starts today , throw away all the negative thoughts and words and start to feed ur mind with all those criteria that u want to be !
