Last week, my lab results came in and showed that I have high cholesterol, high, triglycerides, prediabetic and liver damage. I believe this is due to having PCOS. I’m on a journey to healing these things through food and herbal supplements. I’m in no way a nutritionist or doctor but this is my journey of lowering these levels naturally. Salad :
Baby arugula and spinach mix
Chopped kale
Honey crisp apples
Half a small avocado
Half a tomato
Half a cucumber
Half a tablespoon of flaxseeds
1 tablespoon of light cottage cheese
Lemon garlic honey chicken
Dressing :
4 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette
One packet of Splenda
1 teaspoon of honey
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of freeze dried strawberries
2 table spoons of chopped walnuts
