So I’ve recently lost 15.5 LBS after a Life Altering Decision and I thought I’d share with You a few “What I Eat in a Day” entries. I didn’t include how to make them but the recipes and what I used below are listed. I AM BY NO MEANS A DR.; DIETICIAN or any of the Sorts. This is just what’s worked for Me. I eliminated majority of the “Sugary Drinks” I so LOVE; Coke; Pepsi; Sweet Tea and “Unhealthy Snacking” IE Chips; Cookies; Cakes and Candy just to name a few. I did replace them and I’m still working that part out. I also started Working Out for at least 30 Minutes a Day mainly walking. Since I’ve been hospitalized I’m not rushing Myself back into the gym and it gives me the opportunity to get some fresh air.
BREAKFAST:
