Restaurant by Gordon Ramsey’s mentor in SG

Came here for the Beef Wellington but was sold by their Beef Ragu with Burrata pasta!!!

Beef Wellington ($160, serves two):

It was my first time eating beef Wellington, and I thought the beef was kinda tough… but my partner really enjoyed it so I guess it’s a personal preference thing. This dish is pretty messy to eat as the pastry comes apart easily the part that came into contact with the beef got soggy really quickly… I wouldn’t come back for it but I think it’s good to try!

Burrata Beef Ragu Pasta ($38):

Both of us thoroughly enjoyed the creamy pasta though - definitely try it if you’re there ✨ I dare say it’s one of the best pastas I’ve had - the ragu sauce was really creamy and had a nice tinge of tartness from the tomato base. The sauce coats the pasta really nicely, which I appreciate because I absolutely hate it when the sauce is so diluted!

Service was amazing as well; our server came over with a shawl because I was shivering!

I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. The place was very well-decorated too, great for a date 👍🏻
