This is for my BUSY work girls who don’t get to snack during the day.
I work in health care and don’t always get a chance for snacks so I really have to get a lot of protein during my main meals.
Oats are such an easy way to pack on the protein without a big amount of fats/carbs if you’re tracking.
I microwaved
40g oats with a generous amount of water (I eyeball since I do it so much) and 1 serving of egg whites (46g)
After mix in the rest
1 scoop 1 up vegan protein
1 serving pb2
15 g almond butter
Strawberries
Cinnamon
Honey
Easy high protein filling breakfast!
43g protein 14g fat 42g carbs
