ISIT BREAD OR A 🐛?! recipe for milky bread rolls

hellloo lemon8 🍋 i have another delicious bread recipe for you today! we’ll be making milky bread rolls. TRUST ME they’re the softest, fluffiest ones you’ve ever tasted 👅

when i gave my little cousins some to try, they immediately devoured the rolls (truly a testament of how good these are!!!) i love to eat them plain, cuz they’re already slightly sweetened by itself 😙 but u can always spread some peanut butter, or kaya and butter if you’d like 👍🏻 OH YES, yall should try dipping the rolls in coffee too 🤤🤤 which is another one of my favourite ways to eat these rolls.

you’ll need:

320ml milk

2tsp instant dry yeast

5tbsp sugar

2 eggs

560g bread flour

1tsp salt

4tbsp unsalted butter

1tbsp oil

sliced almonds as topping
