These things bring me the most joy🫶

🤍Hiking - anytime I get to be outside in nature away from the city, I’m in

🤍Time with loved ones - being around people who love you and lift you up is so therapeutic. My fiancé is the person for me

🤍Golfing - my fiancé got me into it and it’s actually very therapeutic, if you’re not the competitive type😂 the greens are so beautiful and peaceful

🤍Cooking/baking - making my own food with my hands is so therapeutic and always tastes so much better

🤍Prayer - one I don’t have pictured but seeking time with God lifts me up spiritually
