Dopamenu: SUMMA EDITION

I made a Dopamenu last year and it seems like people really loved the idea! So I wanted to create a summer edition :)

If you haven't heard of a dopamenu, it's essentially a creative way to organize different stimulating activities that will give your brain dopamine. Dopamine is the pleasure and motivation chemical!

The idea behind these is that we often turn to easy hits of dopamine like social media - but those aren't usually enough to satisfy the need! So this is an easy guide to access things to do.

It's SO fun having one for a different season! I definitely rely on different dopamine sources when the sun is out vs being cozy inside during the winter!
