Over the last four years, I’ve created a morning routine for myself that is sacred. While I don’t always love getting up at 4:30 am, having the whole morning to myself is a dream.

4:30 am- alarm goes off. I use the Sleep Cycle app and it has very calming alarms, so that you don’t wake up to the annoying Iphone alarm. Mine sounds like a forest and it is so light and gentle! It might not be good if you are a heavy sleeper though.

4:40 am- get ready for the gym. I usually use the Drunk Elephant D-Bronzi and the Loreal Lumi Glotion on my face beforehand so that I don’t look so pale lol.

4:45 am- morning greens. I used to drink a lot of energy drinks, but I stopped drinking caffeine immediately upon waking up in the morning. Now, I drink my greens first and it kind of acts like a placebo. Plus, they taste really good and have probiotics in them!

5:05 am- get to the gym. My Sony headphones are the love of my life.

5:10 am- LEG DAY! I have been following the Alive App by Whitney Simmons and I love it!

6:00 am- sauna. Going in the sauna has so many benefits and it makes me feel so much less stressed. I always try to make time for it if I can.

6:20 am - Protein coffee after my shower. I posted on a previous post about how to make this and I am obsessed.

6:30 am- Get ready and film a GRWM (again, when I have time).

6:55 am- Make and pack breakfast. Lately I have been loving Dave’s Killer Bagels with peanut butter, brown sugar, and honey on them.

7:05 am- Spray my Alien Mugler perfume and head out the door!

If you have a hard time getting up in the morning, remember to try to do things that make you happy. Working out makes me happy, so it is something I will be excited to get up and do in the mornings. For you, that could be going for a walk, journaling, meditating, or even reading!
