Amazing New American Restaurant & Wine Bar ✨

My parents has been coming to Rusteak for years, around 6 months ago, they moved locations. I haven’t been in years since moving out and had yet to visit the newer location. It is located in Ocoee, which is near Winter Garden, in central Florida. The new location is in a small shopping center that has just opened up and it is so cute!

Immediately when I walked in, I loved the unique aesthetic of the restaurant. It feels very sleek and modern but casual and rustic at the same time. The bar area has marble counter tops with comfy caramel leather colored bar stools.

My family and I ordered some drinks at the bar while we waited for our table. I got the ‘front porch of an old cabin’ and my dad got the ‘500 days of summer’. Both drinks were so yummy! The drink I ordered is definitley on the stronger side and is inspired by the flavors of an old fashioned, my dads drink was very light and refreshing and was inspired by a Moscow mule.

Once we were seated I ordered the steak sandwich with a side of sweet potato tots. The tots were a little disappointing because they weren’t crunchy, my mom said she had got them before and they were much crunchier so it seems like it was just an off day for them. The sandwich on the other hand blew me away, it is definitely one of the best steak sandwiches I have ever had.

You guys know I love a dessert, so I had to end the night with carrot cake. This cake was soo moist and I loved the fact that the cake was so full of nuts, raisins, carrots. It was a bit on the denser side but I actually loved it!

Overall I would highly recommend going to Rusteak if you are in central Florida, there are so many unique dishes to try and the quality is amazing!
