Some tips/ suggestions:
When you’re rowing, make sure you do not fully lock out or straighten your legs, this can cause potentially cause an injury to the joint and surrounding areas. When you pull the handlebar towards you, lean slightly back while keeping your neck straight. Make sure your core is engaged throughout the movement.
When you’re on the stair master, if you want more of a challenge, keep your arms off the rails and engage your core.
