If you鈥檙e short on time but want to get a high intensity cardio session in that leaves you feeling good, I鈥檝e got you!

You鈥檙e going to want to do 5 rounds of this circuit which should end up being 20 minutes total, here are the details:

-2 minutes on the rowing machine, giving it all you鈥檝e got!!

-right into 2 minutes on the stair master at level 12

Some tips/ suggestions:

When you鈥檙e rowing, make sure you do not fully lock out or straighten your legs, this can cause potentially cause an injury to the joint and surrounding areas. When you pull the handlebar towards you, lean slightly back while keeping your neck straight. Make sure your core is engaged throughout the movement.

When you鈥檙e on the stair master, if you want more of a challenge, keep your arms off the rails and engage your core.
