Classes to Take Before You Give Birth

Here are some classes to consider taking before giving birth, especially if you’re a first time mom!

✔️ Infant CPR & Choking: in my opinion, this is the MOST important! Everyone should take this class to be prepared.

✔️ Birthing Class: I believe it’s great to be as prepared as possible, even if your birth doesn’t go as expected. The more you know, the better you’ll feel.

✔️ Breastfeeding Course: as a first time mom, this helped me SO much with breastfeeding! Going into it, I already knew how my baby should latch and I also knew what to look out for if she wasn’t latching properly. I highly recommend this!
