Having a healthy pregnancy was extremely important to me because I wanted to give my daughter the best care possible!

These are things I did daily for a healthy pregnancy.

• Ate whole, nutrient dense food, avoided processed food as much as possible.

• Also, ate foods that were specifically good for my baby, such as eggs that are high in choline.

• Drank lots of water daily.

• Worked out multiple times a week, strength trained to stay strong for labor.

• Went on daily walks to get fresh air and move my body.

• Stretched every day to stay limber.

• Took prenatal vitamins every day and DHA.

• Limited caffeine to a few sips a day (couldn’t fully give this up!)

• Read before bed every night to calm my nervous system and educate myself.
