Hey, girlies! Daily contact with free radicals, UV radiation, chemicals, and other irritants can hasten the aging process of the skin. While your skin might still appear good in your twenties, now is the perfect time to begin minimizing the signs of aging. Starting early basically saves your skin from harm as you go about your life doing young person things, like pulling all-nighters and exposing yourself too much to the sun. You've heard the saying, "prevention is better than cure." You must begin putting yourself in position to slow aging without having to spend a lot of money.

In light of this, I would love to share some tips with you that could help in slowing down the process of skin aging.

🤍Tip #1 : Water

Be sure to get enough water. Your skin may be in danger if you have a hard time staying hydrated. Human skin hydration is influenced by water intake. Your skin's health is greatly influenced by water, and if you don't drink enough of it, your skin may look dehydrated, wrinkled, and/or have larger pores.

🤍Tip #2 : Sunscreen

Put on some sunscreen. Sunscreen is necessary whether you're running errands or spending the day at the beach. For better defense, use broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. Most individuals don't apply enough sunscreen, so be generous when you do and reapply it every one to three hours, depending on how much you sweat or are exposed to the sun. Make sure to take care of your neck, hands, and arms.

🤍Tip #3 : Work out & Exercise

Work out or exercise at least twice or thrice a week. Exercise has a number of health benefits and studies show that a lifetime of regular exercise helps slow down aging. Moderate exercise can improve circulation and boost the immune system. This, in turn, may give the skin a more-youthful appearance.

🤍Tip #4 : Sleep

Get at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep, and try to go to bed as early as possible (before 11 p.m.). Lack of sleep can have an impact on your appearance, and sleep is important for overall wellness. According to the article I've read, the sleep-deprived individuals had more droopy corners around their lips, more red and puffy eyes, black circles under their eyes, paler skin, more wrinkles, and more sagging eyelids.

🤍Tip #5 : Massage & Moisturize

Massage your face. Moisturizer traps water in our skin, giving it a more youthful appearance. Moisturize your skin while massaging is important because it helps stimulate blood circulation and the production of new skin cells, which maintains the skin appearing young.
