Ingredients:

• Milk: 50g

• Sugar: 60g

• Butter: 200g

• Cake flour: 250g

• Salt: 2g

• Almond powder, cocoa powder, matcha powder (2-3 pinches, depending on your preference)

• Decorations: Pistachios, blueberries, store-bought candy eyes, white chocolate, dark chocolate

Steps:

1. Heat the milk and sugar over a double boiler until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.

2. Soften the butter at room temperature, and beat with a mixer until fluffy and smooth.

3. Gradually add the milk and sugar mixture, whipping until light and creamy.

4. Add the butter mixture into sifted cake flour and salt, mixing well.

5. Divide the dough into three parts. Add matcha powder, cocoa powder, and almond powder separately, and knead each.

6. Shape the cookies! Use a fork to create lines if you’re making finger biscuits.

7. Bake for 10-20 minutes at 170°C (340°F).

8. Once cooled, melt the white and dark chocolate, and use them for decorations. Add candy eyes and your creative touch! Optional: add a little fruit jam for extra flavor at the end!
