Let’s talk about the days you don’t feel like going to the gym.

For a good month and a half I didn’t feel like going to the gym at all, especially with how stressed I’ve been and my POTS flaring up.

It’s really important to show up for yourself on those days and get something done! Even if it’s just 30 minutes, it can be very beneficial.

Some tips that have helped me:

⭐️Putting on a cute workout outfit! I know everyone says this but it has helped me feel better by looking cute. Look cute=feel cute💖 So put on that cute outfit, throw on some makeup and go kick that workouts butt! 🥰

⭐️Use The 10 Minute Rule: I thought this would never work (I’m a pessimist) BUT even telling yourself, “Okay, I’ll just go for 10 minutes and see how I feel” WORKS. After 10 minutes, I’m always feeling my workout and feeling more myself. And then I leave happy and proud of myself!💕

⭐️Get A Gym Buddy: My boyfriend happens to be my gym buddy and when I’m not feeling like doing my workouts or trying to have multiple rest days, he motivates and pushes me to go. Sometimes, you just need someone to hold you accountable and push you to go✨
