Postpartum journey

Bringing a baby into this world is such a beautiful and magical thing, I don’t think it should be expected for us moms to “bounce back” to our old bodies.

Our bodies will NEVER be the same and that is okay! However, I want to feel comfortable in my new body! I don’t care to fit into a size 0, but I want to look good in my new size 4🫶🏽

These are the things that have helped me with my journey, I’ve been working on toning up again rather than lowering the number on the scale. I’m finally starting to feel good and strong again 9 months postpartum🫶🏽
