GIRLSSSS I'M DOING THIS #15DaysHealthier CHALLENGE 🤗💕
long story short, aku gain weight. Yo-yo affect from my weightloss due to sleep deprivation & eat midnight!
Using this chance to at least create new healthy habit💛
😠MY GOAL: lose 3kg in 15days
Currently: 56kg, 165cm
Ultimate goal: 51-52kg
15days: 53kg
*i know i shouldn't care about weight too much, but I know my body's best and i should really lose some weight and by the time aku udh lebih healthy and get in shape, i can care less about it, as long as aku healthy & in shape
HABITS THAT I WANT TO HAVE
💕 pilates
💕 do other workout everyday for at least 1h
💕 walk 10,000 steps
💕 good relationship with food; no emotional&binge eating
so in 15 days I'll be sharing my progress!!!
Day 1 tomorrow!!! Wish me luck!!!! Aku bakal show my real body pic & weight (lagi gapunya timbangan but will try to find), food, workout and etc!
