The meal sent over to me by Suguru Home Dining consists of of two sets of Truffle-flavored Somen, that I shared with my family🍄 What we liked about this dish is the silky-soft Japanese noodles covered with large raw Hotate (scallops)🍜

Suguru Home Dining also sent us a generous portion fresh Bafun Uni (sea urchin) to try💦 As it was my first time trying out this unique and exotic dish from Japan, I initially did not like the texture and taste. However, I grow to like it because of how fresh it was and how it melted on my tongue! 👅
