I personally feel like there is NEVER a bad time to start working on yourself and felt like recently I have been needing to motivate + inspire myself more than usual. So I decided to list down the best tips for you guys to feel your best ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

1. START EATING WELL

- Up your fruit and veggie intake. Maybe youโ€™ve been feeling a little lethargic from your food choices lately. If yess, try adding in more of the good stuff โ€“ fruit smoothies with spinach, a hearty salad for lunch, and a big pile of veggies as a side for dinner! Yummy ๐Ÿ˜‹! In my opinion, sometimes we suddenly try to cut things out when weโ€™re trying to get healthier but adding things in is a much better approach

2. DAILY MOVEMENT

- Whether itโ€™s walking, Pilates, running, lifting, stretching it doesnโ€™t matter! Always move your body in some sort of way everyday, your body will thank you for it ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

3. DRINK WATER BEFORE COFFEE

- When we sleep, our body gets super dehydrated so itโ€™s best to start your day with water first thing in the morning before sipping your coffee!๐Ÿ’งโ˜€๏ธ Bonus point if you can drink 2L of water everyday, thatโ€™s literally the best thing you can do for your body hehe

4. 10K STEPS DAILY

- This is so so important for your mental and physical health. Get up, get on your hot girl walk every morning/evening/night whenever you feel like it and get your steps in! Donโ€™t beat yourself up for it if you donโ€™t achieve 10K steps in a day, start small ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ’จ Consistently is the key!

5. DISCONNECT AND READ
