3 classic nyc desserts you need to try

I have a huge sweet tooth and am such a fan of all the dessert spots in NYC! I've posted a few of the more unique and cultural spots which are definitely worth going to, but here are my top more 'classic' go-to and local dessert spots that I think are absolute must-tries:

Banana pudding from Magnolia Bakery: insane texture and not overly sweet. Love this spot and I always bring family and friends here when they visit! They also have fun seasonal ones like pumpkin or red velvet pudding.

Marionberry cheesecake ice cream or any of the seasonal flavors from Van Leeuwen: another go-to item that I always introduce my famliy and friends to! The ice cream here is French-inspired so they use a lot more egg yolk which makes it so much more creamy! I always get Marionberry cheesecake but definitely a fan of the seasonal flavors too as they're fresh and unique!

Any gelato from Anita's: huge selection, awesome aesthetic and vibes, delicious and so creamy
