Mexican Green Spagetti & breaded chicken 😋
* grill 3-4 poblano peppers
* Salt and cook your pasta
* When peppers are done let them steam in a plastic bag for about 15 min
* Mix 1-2 eggs and 1/4 of milk in one bowl
* Add bread crumbs to another bowl
* Wash and season your chicken (I used chicken breasts so I cut them in thin slices)
* Dip your chicken in the egg mixture and then the breadcrumbs making sure to press down on the chicken to evenly cover with breadcrumbs
* Heat cooking oil of your choice and cook your chicken for 5-7 min or until cooked.
* Rinse, peel and remove seeds from roasted peppers
* In a blender add your roasted peppers, 1 jalapeño/serrano pepper(optional if you would like it a little spicier), a handful of cilantro, onion, 1-2 tbsp chicken bouillon, cream cheese to your liking, sour cream to your liking, 1-2 garlic cloves, and blend with a little bit of water.
* Add some butter to your pasta and then add sauce mixture.
* Cook for 5-7 minutes and enjoy!
