[Recipe] I made Pineapple tarts!! 🥵🍍

I am so excited for this year’s CNY celebrations🎊 It has been a good 2 years since we had a proper family gathering so I decided to bake some CNY goodies to share with everyone. And what better snack than Pineapple tarts?!

So I decided to challenge myself with a pineapple tart project this week. Also I secretly didn’t want to pay few hundred dollars for bottles of pineapple tarts when I could make them myself and make good use of my weekend. My smart ass was so confident about it being easy and manageable. Yes, the mixing and all was simple but assembling it was so tedious. I think I took about 6-7 hours for the whole process, excluding packing the tarts.

At least the standard of these tarts are as good as the ones you buy outside.🫠
