Siapa ada gastrik? Boleh relate dengan experience I tak? 🙋
I ada cerita haritu kena gastric attack " I felt like dying ". Dah ambil ubat apa semua and alhamdullilah dah semakin okay tapii I nak start makan balik tu merangkak sikit. Selepas trauma muntah2 🤢, I jadi tak lalu makan.
So Day 0,
-Makan roti cicah milo je for whole day. (milo kosong)
-Ubat
Day 1,
- Moi Marrybrown
- Roti cicah milo
Day 2 & 3, (dah kuat, boleh berjalan)
- Beli makanan mengandungi probiotics & fruits
- Elakkan minuman tenusu, go for unsweetened almond milk
- ❌Minuman bergula
- ✔️Minum air kelapa
- Makan moi (bubur lagi)
Day 4 & onwards,
- Barulah menjamah nasi (❌ no spicy stuff at all)
- Bihun Sup
- Laksam
- Eggs
Alhamdullilah I'm getting better and better but spicy foods for now pantang terus. Segala sambal 🔥🌶️pun cannot at all 🙅🥲.
