Whipped Pistachio Matcha Latte 🍵

Whipped Matcha Pistachio Iced Latte. I originally intended to make a matcha affogato with pistachio ice cream, but the ice cream melted and I created this instead. The resulting drink is not only visually appealing, but also has a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The matcha provides a subtle bitterness, while the pistachios add a sweet and nutty flavor. So delicious, the pistachio flavor compliments the matcha really well.

Ingredients:

1 tsp matcha powder

3 tbsp hot water

Whisk above and add to

1 scoop pistachio ice cream

Froth together and pour over milk and ice

Caramel sauce and crushed pistachios for garnish
