Recipe:

- prepare your pistachio cream:

* 2 tbsp of mascarpone

* 1 big tsp of pistachio spread

* 15 ml/ 1/2 oz of caramel syrup

* 100 ml/ 3 oz of your milk of choice

* froth or stir till combined

- add ice to your glass

- pour in 120 ml/ 4 oz of your milk of choice

- add a strong double shot of espresso

- pour the pistachio cream on top
