Caramel Toasted Marshmallow Iced Latte 🔥

Whenever people use toasted marshmallows in their lattes, the first thing that comes to mind is S’mores. So I figured, let’s do something different. Then I thought of a candy I used to eat when I was a little kid called Modjeska. A Modjeska is a candy consisting of a marshmallow dipped in caramel. They are bite-sized pillowy treats so good, I always could never have just one.

My drink version consists of mixing caramel sauce with the milk and espresso, then topping it with a toasted marshmallow creamer. You can also use a caramel syrup to blend with the drink a little easier, but I prefer sporadically sipping some of the caramel sauce from the bottom of the glass. The toasted marshmallows on top are more for aesthetics, but who could resist a warm, gooey marshmallow? Very necessary in my opinion. Try it out and let me know what you think!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp caramel sauce

1 cup of milk

2 shots of espresso

Toasted Marshmallow Creamer

Optional:

2 large toasted marshmallows for garnish
