We almost didnt happen

I first got to to know her on a Japanese learning app

We chatted for a few months but have never met even though at that time she was working in Singapore as an expat.

One day when i was in Japan,she messaged me after seeing my pictures in Japan and we talked about where i went and arranged to meet up when i got back to tell her about my travel adventures

We had a great time on our first meetup but she had to return to Japan for work for a while(At least thats what we thought)😅

When she was there,she was told that the Singapore office will be closed and she didnt need to return to Singapore.

At that time i was still waiting for her in Singapore, when suddenly out of the blue,she told me not to wait for her anymore because she might not be coming back

That was a real blow to me😭

I actually quite liked her after meeting her and i was quite depressed when i heard that.After having a restless night, i decided to keep talking to her and made up my mind to visit her in Japan when i could.And she on her end ,talked to me about her daily life and show me pictures of her countryside home

After chatting for almost 2 months we found that we actually liked each other.And on a sat night, she suddenly told me she quit her job in Japan and will move to Singapore to work.

After waiting another 1 month for her interview process and work visa approval she is finally coming back to Singapore this Friday 18 Oct!And what she said to me really made me happy.She said she was glad i never gave up on her🥹
