Coming off my bulk is so freaking hard. As a girlie who has lost 230+lbs in the last 2.5 years, that also loves to snack and works in an office. Here is what I eat in a day, coming in at a total of 1620 calories & 175g protein
Not mentioned in pictures: water flavor packets, unsweetened almond milk for my coffee (3 cups, divided a cup of unsweetened milk with sf syrup amongst them)
A few things to note for myself. SNACKS ARE LIFE. Especially working in an office where you get easily bored and start munching on the office candy scattered around.
