🍓Diet is just as important to your weight loss journey as exercise! Here’s an idea of what a typical day of food looks like for me when I am starting a cut!

🍳 breakfast tacos have been a go to for me lately, they’ve just been hitting the spot in the mornings! I put eggs and egg whites for a little extra protein, avocado, and salsa. Sometimes simple is better!

🥗 for lunch i tried out this salad, which I actually found the recipe for on this app! It is well balanced and tasty, in fact better than I was expecting!

🍤 for dinner I had shrimp tacos! This was also something different than my usual meals. We grilled up the shrimp, and served them on corn tortillas with cilantro lime sauce, avocado, lettuce, salsa, and I had a side of chips as well.

🍿I’ve always been a snacker, so I always make sure to save space in my macros for some snacks! My go to snacks are bananas, Greek yogurt, protein powder, a salty snack or two and a sweet for dessert!
