I go to the gym three times a week, and honestly it's now one of my FAVOURITE pasttimes! Getting my steps in, some weights, and making sure I stay fit is one of my most important precautionary measures I take to get my mental health as pristine as I can ⭐️

Today I'm wearing the Aritzia Bralette and Lululemon Shorts ! My favourite combo β€” squat proof, and soaks in my sweat well πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« They're both a little on the pricier side, but I've bought from both these brands consistently and they've lasted me perfect the past year or so! (I'm also very rough with my workout gear, so I promise you they're well worn & still great)

Top it all off with a sweatband/headband, and I'm good to go! I got mine from a little booth in JB, but you can 100% get these from Shopee/Amazon as well. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Skincare before the gym is also very important πŸ’†πŸ½β€β™€οΈ β€” I wash my face, and do my morning skincare! Full routine here πŸ₯°

Also, I swapped out body lotion for a sunscreen lotion! πŸŒžβ›…οΈ They essentially do the same thing, plus this way, I stay sun safe. Sunscreen is SO important, even on non-sunny days.

Pre-Gym breakfast is SO important β€” I always have a mug of oat milk latte, a chia seed + oat blueberry pudding, and peanut butter + banana on brown toast. πŸ₯ͺ I then bring a little date bar with me β€” dates are a GREAT source of vegan protein, so even if I run out of these bars, I just grab a couple dates and I'm good to go! πŸ˜‹

I grab my gym (tote) bag, and put on my favourite gym shoes β€” which you can read about here β€” and I'm off!
