As a personal trainer and someone who has been working out for close to 8 years, i have been asked many times on how often should you workout in a week and whats the ideal/most optimal way for gainz
☝️ First and foremost, everyone reacts differently to strength training and there are many factors that will affect the amount of muscle/strength built. Things like age, sex, genetics, lifestyle and intensity. However…. in general, if we trained each body part once a week, its almost enough for the average human being to see significant changes overtime 💪 🍑 💪
For someone who is busy and has many commitments, i often recommend training twice a week. One day for upper body and another for lower body, both days lasting at least 60mins and moderate intensity 😎
However, 3 days would be ideal as we need to add cardio to our routine hehehe 👍🏽 🏃♀️ 🏃 🏃♂️
