There is 2 ways to plan a cheat day, first is to have a weight loss checkpoint. For example, with every 1kg lost you reward yourself with a cheat day. HOWEVER, try to restrain from having a cheat day for the first 4 weeks as most of the weight loss would be water weight and not actual fat loss.
Secondly is to have a weekly/monthly cheat day. What i would recommend or personally do is have 1 cheat day per week and its usually the weekends, this way i have got something to look forward to at the end of the week.
