Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
Ingredients
2 cups Heavy Cream
1/2 stick butter
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
1 can of Lucky Leaf blueberry topping
6 oz of graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a bowl and then add the graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
2. Place sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
3. In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, whip heavy cream for about two to three minutes until stiff.
4. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Place the ice cream mixture, blueberry topping, and graham cracker crust mix into a pan. Freeze for 4-6 hours.
