Here’s the ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

elbows pasta

heavy whipping cream

tomato paste

2 bell peppers, green and red

sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

seasonings: Tony’s original creole seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and parsley.

Here’s how:

Boil noodles and set them aside

Dice bell peppers and set them aside

Brown ground beef and season with Tony’s original creole seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and parsley. (Drain grease if needed)

add about 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Once that is incorporated into ground beef Add peppers into pan and allow them to get soft

Once tender, add in 2 cups (1 pint) of heavy whipping cream. season with Tony’s original creole seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and parsley.

Add shredded sharp cheddar cheese (you may choose how much you would like depending on how thick you want your sauce.)

Add boiled noodles into pan. Stir well.

Top with bacon bits for extra flavor!

Serve with garlic bread or other sides that you may like.
