Easy Shrimp Alfredo 🍋

*please see previous post for ingredients*

Here’s How:

🍋Thaw frozen shrimp, season and set aside.

🍋Boil pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

🍋In a saucepan, bring Bertolli’s Alfredo sauce to a medium high heat and add 1 cup of whipping cream and 1 cup of shredded parmesan. Season to taste with your favorites. Let simmer.

🍋Add in pasta. Mix well. Reduce heat.

🍋 Bring skillet to a medium heat and melt down 4 tbsp of butter. Add shrimp and cook about 4-5 minutes on each side.

🍋Squeeze lemon over shrimp and add into pan with pasta and sauce. Stir well

Extra steps (optional):

Pour everything combined into a baking dish, top with shredded Parmesan cheese and set in the oven for 10 minutes at 350°F. Finish with fresh minced Italian parsley.
