One day , Friend of mine asked me what to do if she have no time to workout daily and sitting in office the whole day ? As I always told her metabolism is a key as we grow older, it will slower and we will aging faster .

So what I will do if I really no time for that day is — instead of play FB , see IG , spend 4 min to wake your body up before you start brushing your teeth.

Scientifically if for 4-minute workout, such as a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) routine, can quickly boost your metabolism in the morning. But what I share is not intense training. Just easy way to active our body’s energy systems and increase oxygen consumption. It will helps to triggers a metabolic response, where your body continues to burn calories even after the workout is complete.

But if your time allow , do it with HITT or tabata , ( you can refer to my previous schedule post )

short but intense nature of the workout stimulates a rapid metabolic response, making it an effective way to kickstart your metabolism in the morning.
