1.) Mental Reframe: In order to be consistent you need to ask yourself “why?” Why am I doing all of this? What’s my outcome for it? Then write down a new set of goals and ways you can achieve it . Also change how you talk to yourself in any situation. Don’t speak poorly about yourself only positively.

2.) Make it easy: Now being consistent can be a little stressful but once you write down your goals it should be less harder. Long story short plan out everything you need to do the night before! If you can do stuff the night before do it! Also limit distractions! Anything that is distracting you from achieving your goals remove it!

3.) Find a community: Finding a community helps you stay consistent by offering support, accountability, and motivation. It makes sticking to your goals easier by encouraging you and keeping you on track.

4.) Dopamine is important: Dopamine is important because it regulates mood, motivation, and reward. It helps you feel pleasure, focus, and stay motivated to achieve goals. Dopamine also plays a key role in movement and learning, making it essential for overall well-being.

5.) Shift your identity: Shifting your identity is important because it aligns your mindset with your goals and values. When you see yourself differently, you make choices and take actions that support the person you want to become. This shift helps break old habits and creates lasting change, making it easier to stay consistent and achieve personal growth.

6.) Have fun with the Journey: Have fun with the journey of becoming the person you want to be! Don’t make it seem it’s a hard mission! Every time you accomplish something treat yourself, it helps you want to achieve more goals!
