INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
White chocolate chips
Macadamia nuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375
Brown your butter. Place in the butter in the fridge until cooled and solid but not too firm.
Cream together butter and sugars for about 1 minute. Add egg then beat until pale and fluffy.
Add in flour, baking soda slowly until just combines. Don’t over mix it. Then fold in white chocolate and macadamia nuts.
I weighed out 60g of dough and placed it on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cook before transferring cookies. ENJOY
