I’m on a journey to become the best version of myself. A huge portion of that includes focusing on self growth and personal development. We’re talking a full on mental glow up! Here are some ideas you can add to your daily routine to help you grow!
Mindful moments: I’m been on a mindfulness kick recently and it’s done wonders!! Here are a few ways you can implement mindfulness in your day: take time to pause and reflect throughout the day, take deep breaths, practice intuitive eating, journal, practice gratitude, and speak affirmations to yourself.
Set goals: Break down your yearly and monthly goals into actionable steps each day. I highly recommend writing a daily to-do list, updating your planner, getting an accountability buddy, and maybe even tracking your habits with a habit tracker.
Care for yourself: Caring for yourself in the most basic form (taking a shower, brushing your teeth, pampering yourself, drinking water, getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, etc.) does wonders with cultivating self love and becoming the best you.
Exercise: I will be the first to admit I struggle with doing this daily!! I’m happy if I get two workouts in a week tbh. But I know that daily exercise and movement needs to become a nonnegotiable. It not only pushes yourself physically, but also mentally! I strongly believe that exercising consistently builds mental toughness.
