My husband and I started doing this thing recently that I like to call our “nightly debrief.” Each night, we try our best to save some time before bed to chat about anything and everything.

- we talk about the events of our day

- we talk about how we’re feeling

- we talk about our goals or future plans

- we talk about different conversations we had

- we talk about anything that comes to mind!

After we have these chats, I feel sooo much closer to him. It definitely gives us that feeling of being best friends and helps us to feel more connected and on the same page. 1000% recommend you incorporate this into your relationship.
