Made these 3 ingredient buttermilk biscuits

2 cups of self rising flour

1 stick of butter

1 cup of buttermilk

Grate the butter into the flour. Mix but don’t over mix. Add the buttermilk. Put the batter in the fridge while you prepare your surface. Put some flour down and get a rolling pin and biscuit cutter. Preheat oven to 350. Work the dough in the flour, fold over 3 times to produce layers. Roll out the dough place in a greased pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
