Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Bark

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

- 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil

- 1/2 - 1 cup of pomegranate seeds

How to:

In a microwave safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat using 30 second increments. Complete 2-3 times and or as needed while stirring the chips occasionally. Do not heat all in one go, as you risk burning your chocolate. Pour the silky smooth chocolate on parchment paper and top with pomegranate seeds. Freeze for 30 minutes or until chocolate has hardened. Break into bark, serve and enjoy! Can be stored up to 5 days in the fridge or freezer in a airtight tupperware.
