For your sweet tooth 🌹

Dark chocolate raspberry bark that’s to die for - apologies it’s the day after Valentine’s, but this is perfect any day!!

- 1/2 bar 70% dark chocolate

- 1-2 tsp coconut oil

- 1/4 cup raspberries

1. melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in 30 sec intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

2. line up raspberries in a rectangle shape on parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with chocolate, making sure to fill all gaps between the raspberries so bark forms a solid sheet.

3. freeze 4 hrs or until firm, break and enjoy! if you find it’s too hard, let it sit out for a few minutes before eating.

4. store in the freezer.
