Day in my life and what I ate

A chill day in my life consisted of coloring, a tea party, matcha, comfort foods, walks in nature, getting ready for the day and doing some light makeup, writing a to do list, and journaling.

My comfort food of the day was

- sheet pan pancakes with chicken sausage, berries and whipped cream

- boiled eggs, veggies, an apple, pumpkin seeds, beef stick and Reese’s

- chipotle and crumbl
