DIY: Homemade sushi🍙

Ingredients:

Nori Seaweed (square shaped)

Japanese Rice

Cucumber

Sausage

Crabmeat

Fried Egg

Ebiko

Kewpie Mayo

My mom’s recipe for sushi, even though it tastes different from your usual japanese sushi, this still hits right in the heart 🫶🏼

Comfort food here, if you are adventurous and wish to try it out, here you go!

Note: to obtain stickiness of japanese rice, add rice vinegar (can be found in ntuc or any jap stores) to the cooked rice. Mix upon every addition, stop when the rice gets sticky and clumpy during mixing.

Additional: can also add sesame oil or mayo into the rice if you wish to make rice balls :)
